Guolin won the bidding of 5 sets of 120kg / h large ozone generator system in the project of Shi Jiazhuang Qiaodong Sewage Treatment Plant decoloration project. First debugging of ozone system is succeded in May 2013 and has stable operating for nearly 50 days until now.

As an important part of the work in the comprehensive improvement of Hebei province Xiao River, treatment capacity of this project is 600000 tons/day. Due to a larger proportion of industrial wastewater in the water, the color of effluent is still higher after conventional treatment. In order to reduce the color of effluent and achieve Xiao River water quality improvement goals, they decided to take the ozone oxidation method to treat the sewage bleaching.

After water quality monitoring with more than a month, the effluent water quality reaches the national standard "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB18918- 2002) first class A discharge standard, the color value is less than 15 degrees, COD is less than 40mg/L.

The project is a  big  project of sewage decolorization treatment project in Hebei Province, as well as national large sewage bleaching project. The ozone equipment specifications and size of ozone system are also large in China.
